Participants

So,, you’ve decided to throw your hat in the ring, eh? Well, here are the rules:

Fill out the form if you intend to participate 

Each household may enter exactly one dish per category (so a maximum of five). Check the box on the form for each category you intend to enter 

All entries must be cooked in an outdoor setting! This includes: 

  • Any propane or natural gas grill
  • Any charcoal grill
  • Any pellet or natural wood smoker
  • Propane or electric flat top griddle 
  • Propane or electric pizza oven (see the FAQ)

A judge’s portion of at least 2oz. must be reserved in order to be eligible for the competition 

Participants are HIGHLY encouraged to offer any/all attendees similar 2oz. portions (don't go nuts)

Please observe food safety guidelines and keep cooked food warm at a safe temperature (changing dishes are a good idea)

ALL ALLERGENS MUST BE LISTED AND CLEARLY LABELED 

Any adult beverages consumed are done at your own risk

Competition is from noon to 5:00pm (or until you run out!)
