Celebrate the unofficial start of summer with some good food and some friendly competition. The inaugural Mesa Del Mar BBQ Invitational takes place Sunday May 24th, 2026 in several front yards throughout the neighborhood. Participants will compete across five categories: beef, pork, chicken, traditional sides, and a wildcard category (fish, vegetarian/vegan mains, desserts, chili, etc.)

Winners will be announced at the judging table in the late afternoon, followed by a free concert
